The in-person cleanses are preceeded by a 14-21 day pre-cleanse protocol that helps to prepare the body for the in-person intensive. The pre-cleanse protocol includes all supplements, recipes and instructions to begin cleaning the body.
The 7-day cleanse ranges from $3900 to $5500 depending on the severity of symptoms and support needed. Longer format cleanses are also available for certain conditions.
In-person retreats are fully inclusive, meaning your accommodations, meals, supplements, remedies and exceptionally attentive care taking allow you drop fully into the process.
For either cleanse, it is highly recommended to book at least a 1-3 day stay in the greater Taos area for integration after your experience. Please reach out for seasonably tailored recommendations for post-retreat accommodations.
You will be responsible for your own travel to and from our location in Taos, NM as well as accommodations beyond the 7 day cleanse protocol.
We are happy to suggest some excellent seasonal outings in the region depending on your interests. Taos is blessed with a rich history and beautiful access to the outdoors. Less is more coming out of this process, so please try to be moderate with booking any post-cleanse tourism. We have seen many participants cancel all plans after their cleanse in favor of finding a quite space away from people and close to nature.
